About Us

Avon Loft Converters Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Christchurch Building Services Ltd that is owned and run by Tony Drake.  We operate mainly in the Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole area but have carried out work further afield in Dorset, Hampshire and beyond.  We have been providing general building services since 1980 and started specialising in loft conversions in the late 1990's, when loft conversions started to become a much more common way of gaining more space without having to move house or lose garden space.

We employ a number of staff who have all been with us for at least 8 years.  Our staff are very dependable, polite, friendly and very experienced at carrying out loft conversions, extensions and general building work.  The on-site team is led by Leighton Booth who has been with us for over 10 years.
