Having carried out so many different types of loft conversions, we have some great ideas on how to fit in your ideas on what you want to achieve.  We will work closely with the architect and structural engineer to get the best out of the space that you have.

When you have a plan, we will provide you with a detailed quotation that will allow you to understand what is included within our price.  We base our quotation on the plans, our visits to your home and our discussions with you on what your vision is for the conversion.  If you cannot afford what has been designed, we will work with you to see where savings can be made without compromising on the final outcome.  This can include dealing direct with our electrician and plumber, changing the specification on fittings, or we are even happy for you to supply items such as bathroom suites for us to install.

If you are happy for us to proceed, we will agree an estimated start date based on our current workload.  This may require a wait whilst we complete other jobs.  We only start jobs when we are happy that we can work through without going off-site part way through.  If there is going to be a change to the start date, we will let you know as soon as we are aware that it is likely to change.  Prior to starting, we will prepare a contract document that includes all the details contained within our quotation, changes agreed plus additional detail to ensure that you have a full understanding of the work that we will carry out for you.  We do not require an upfront deposit, but will require a payment for initial purchases of materials when we start.  As detailed in the quotation, milestone payments will be required that are linked to work achieved.  These payments will be proportional to the work that has been completed.

When working in your home, we will be as tidy as possible and make sure that we inconvenience you as little as possible.  Our staff are friendly and polite and will welcome the occasional cup of tea.  We are always happy to explain what we are doing and discuss any possible options.  Should you require any changes, we will discuss them with you and agree any additional costs if it cannot be contained within the original quotation.

We take pride in our work and ensuring that you are totally happy with your loft conversion.  We provide a no quibble 10 year warranty against faulty workmanship.  If anything does go wrong, we come round as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
